Terms of Service

Service
Korvo provides business operations software for workspaces, customer intake, communications coordination, scheduling, routing, document records, and related operational workflows.
Authorized use
Users may use Korvo only for lawful business purposes. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their business records, customer communications, consent practices, and compliance with applicable laws.
Communications compliance
Korvo communications workflows are intended for legitimate customer and team operations, including quotes, appointments, reminders, service updates, support, account verification, and owner notifications. Users may not use Korvo for spam, fraud, unlawful content, or abusive messaging.
Text messages and calls
By submitting a form with a phone number and consent checkbox, a visitor agrees to receive calls or text messages related to the request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.
Accounts and access
Private workspaces require authenticated access. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and granting access only to authorized team members.
Data and content
Business users retain responsibility for the records, files, messages, and customer information they add to Korvo. Korvo may process this information to provide and support the service.
